Bridging the digital Gap: Developing a Remote Monitoring tool for the Hydroponics in Otjisa village
My research will focus on the development of a remote monitoring tool tailored for the hydroponics system in the indigenous Otjisa village.
This initiative aims to empower researchers affiliated with the UNESCO Indigenous Cluster to remotely monitor the hydroponics system, granting them real time access to updates and maintenance requirements.
This will enable timely interventions whenever issues arise, therefore ensuring the sustainability of the project and fostering the promotion of food security, as originally envisioned.
