Professor in HCI and Chair of the IFIP Working Group 13.8 in Interaction Design and International Development, Prof. Tariq’s research interests include Indigenous Knowledge Management (Governance), HCI4D, and ICT4D. He has closely worked with partners and collaborators from Indigenous communities in Malaysia, Namibia, and Canada.
